Posting this even though I know this has already been mentioned by dozens already.

I cant log into the hub because it tells me there is someone already logged in. There isn't. I'm the only one in the house.

I'm not using the app, never have. I've turned it off and on again to no avail. I've reset the hub with the pinhole and reluctantly done a complete reset, it kicked me out within 2 minutes and I cant get back in again as it says someone else is already on.

Resetting the router every time is pointless as I have to re-enter all my fixed IP reservations and port forwards. I don't even get enough time to re-enter half of them before I get locked out again.

Please can you get this bug fixed? It's infuriating. I'm thinking of withholding payment because the equipment isn't fit for purpose. Or should I just give up, put it in modem mode and use my own router again?

If you have your own router it will almost certainly be better that the one in the Hub.

What make model is it?

Dont withhold any payments as they will black mark your credit file and enact a debt collection agency

You will need to login to enable modem mode so need to get access resolved.

Did you do the factory reset correctly?

I know a bit about Wi-Fi, Telecoms, and TV as I used to do it for a living but I'm not perfect so don't beat me up... If you make things you make mistakes!

Hi breadbox1, thanks for getting in touch.

Sorry to hear you've been having this issue, I have seen this come up before but if I remember correctly a factory reset was the fix.

I would be inclined to ask the same as g0akc above - have you done the factory reset correctly? With the Hub turned on, push the pinhole button all the way in and hold it there for a timed 60 seconds.
