Hi, its interesting that when the Virgin network is affected and our internet downlinks go down to about 10% that the Troubleshooting App doesnt show this.  All the app says is there are no problems, if I could make a suggestion to the developers, it would be to put in some logic and a new dashboard to say your broadband speed is 10mb out of 350mb, that way it would be pretty obvious there was a problem.

Are you able to clarify what issues you are facing? If just slow speeds is this across WiFi or wired connections as well?
