Hi, I should have received a replacement hub in the post today as promised by the virginmedia representative. It has not been delivered and I have had barely any consistent service for many days. Now I have to again contact virgin media and explain everything. I am really disappointed in the service.
Is there anyone from virgin media who can look into this for me.
