Been a red light for a while. Ive followed the instructions on reset multiple times but the hard red light always returns as soon as it’s back on. Internet says this is a concern.
The temperature of the hub is normal. It’s in a good space - nothing blocking the sides. Internet is working but I’m concerned that I can’t get the red light to go away no matter what I do. My job is dependent on the internet so I don’t want it to suddenly stop working.
apart from turn it off and back on again(which I have done time and again) and shoving plugs into places to check they fit - what other things can I do?

I have booked the first engineer appointment we have available
To come out and swap the Hub over
You can check and reschedule this appointment through your online account if you need to
You can also cancel it if the fault has gone
Can you please let me know how the visit goes
