So when do i get a hub upgrade?

I have hub 3 which has problems.

Never been offered 4 or 5 upgrade why?

Hubs 5 is ONLY being offered on lower packages so far.

Not one person on 1gig package has one.

@risc19 hello I’m on Gig1 currently and have hub 5. They are currently testing out the hub and removing bugs so far it’s been a week since I’ve had the hub 5 and performance is way better then hub 4. And I agree regarding the UI nowadays they are giving refurbished hubs then brand new ones.Could be that the overheating issue is fixed on hub 4 as it also depends how much ventilation there is and yeah weather is a factor.but unlikely that it’s going to happen with every hub.
