Can someone tell me if these levels are okay 

getting high packet loss and latency and internet drop out every day for the last 3 months same time every night 8pm till 5-6-7 in the morning

Looking at the 3.1 Downstream,  the Power level is 11 dBmV which is too high and there are Uncorrectable errors.

So what’s the fix because I’ve had 3 engineers out this week changed all cables inside and out side, changed the AMP in the cab out side and a new router has been put in, it’s been like this 2 months

try get another engineer booked to have a look at it and try explain the problems when they come?
