I’ve tried to order the wifi pod through the connect app but never get the option despite some rooms having poor service or none at all.
I was initially going to leave virgin due to poor internet and high costs, I was assured by the retentions team that they could guarantee my internet speeds in all rooms by using wifi pods and that one would be sent out to me without the monthly charge.
I agreed to this as it was a better deal yet it hasn’t happened. I would appreciate support in getting my wifi pod sent out to rectify issues.
