No email confirmation of order

Hi can anyone help, I spoke to someone yesterday as our hub4 had a solid red light they put me in touch with a virtual engineer who said couldn’t fix it will order a new hub br there Tomo (now tiday) I’ve had no email confirmation to track via yodel so spoke on live chat to them via WhatsApp and Said arriving today via Royal Mail but no tracking - which I find hard to believe! So called up and they said had no details of an order and will need to send an engineer if nothing arrives today????

Hey there @DanWarburton, thanks for reaching out to us.

I'm sorry to hear about the issues with the delivery of the hub.
I have checked on my side and it is saying that the item was delivered on Tuesday at 10am? This is what Yodel's tracking information tells me.
Can you confirm whether or not you have received it?
