No WiFi connection

I recently installed a new Hub 5 but it won’t connect to my laptop. All of our other devices have connected including my wife’s laptop. 

When searching for the WiFi it doesn’t appear in the search. 

Please help!!

In the Hub 5's menu for Wireless Security make sure Security (encryption mode) is set to WPA2-PSK i.e. not set to WPA2-PSK/WPA3-SAE.
