No Confirmation Email

I've recently ordered broadband to be set up and it was supposed to arrive yesterday. However, it hasn't arrived. I have not received a confirmation email so I do not have an account number and cannot access my account or get help via the text or phone service. All that I have is the contract summary sheet.
