Internet dropping out

Having real problems with intermittent internet - keeps dropping out 3-4 times a day. On both Ethernet and WiFi (have mesh for WiFi but pretty sure the problem is with virgin not the mesh system)

I have called virgin previously but never get any joy from them - they say everything is working fine.

a neighbour having similar problems suggested posting the network logs here so these are pasted below.

Any advice as I think there is a Virgin issue, but there service status say's everything is fine?

You can’t have two systems running as routers on your network - you’ll get all sorts of issues.

Yoi need to either keep the hub in router mode and set the Tenda to Bridge/AP mode

Or the better option - put the hub into modem mode and run the Tenda as the router and connect all wired and Wifi devices to the Tenda.

What mesh system do you have?

And is the hub running in router or modem mode?

Hi - I’m not sure to be honest. Where can I check that?  i think the tendas will be in whatever the default setting is as I haven’t changed it
