Internet cutting off randomly for weeks

I'm in Birmingham. Internet cuts off for hours sometimes and then back on. It has currently been off since I came back from work 2 hours ago.

Hub 2 blue tick flashing and arrows are green.

Samsung TiVo box also has green light flashing, the one underneath the heart symbol.

Checked virgin media status page and it says there are no known faults in my area. It is frustrating.

Hi laia93, thanks for posting and welcome to our community.

Sorry to hear you're having an intermittent internet connection.  For future reference, when you're using the service status link, have you tried logging in?  It would enable you to book an engineer, if required.  Also you could try a pinhole reset of your hub.  Details of how to do this, can be found here.  I'd only try this, if you can still access the default WiFi password on the hub.  However, as you've reached out to us, I would love to take a closer look on your behalf.  I am going to send you a private message.  Please look out for the purple envelope in the top right of your screen.
