My internet is not stable it keeps crashing every day. I am getting fed up of this very poor service and you Virgin Media are breaking your contract. I work from home and need good internet connection. This is absolutely rubbish considering it is supposed to be a fibre network

If you need a connection to work from home then your company should provide you a 4g back-up sim in case of any outages!

VM have no SLA for residential services.

That aside, are you seeing the drops in wifi only or both ethernet and wifi?
