ISP - network scanner lists me with a different company

This is my first post, a novice seeking help.

I use Virgin Media in Bristol, I connect to the Internet via a Hub3 and an ethernet cable.

Using a Network scanner called Fing, it lists my ISP as Hydra Communications,

Is this normal ?

Any help would be very much appreciated, Keeping in mind I am a novice.

Are you using a VPN service; if so then this is likely to be the cause —consider temporarily disabling it to see if correct ISP is identified?
