Hub 5 won't connect to app help

I have same issue to just tried everything 

I have same prob recieved new hub5 tried to connect to app and it can't find hub try reinstalling I've tried everything turning aeroplane mode on on fone so only connected by hub ... nothing I've logged out of app / uninstalled app , restarted hub even got ipad just in case it was my fone and the same on ipad so annoying been waiting for agent for over 2 hours

I'm also having the same issue. 

Received the Hub 5 today. WiFi working fine, bit app won't connect!

I am very sorry to hear you are experiencing issues with connecting your Hub to the App. 

Can you please clear the data for the App on the handset? You can doing this via your settings and then Apps. If you have any issues, please let us know your handset make/model and we will be able to help.
