So due to a strange set of circumstances the Hub5 simply wasn't compatible with my house.
It would produce ~600mbps download for 15 mins, go offline for 30s then come back with 1-2 Mbps every time until restart. For context I was paying for 1gbps speed.
Had to get VM to downgrade my package to 500mbps on hub3 and all is working perfectly now.
I now have this spare hub5 sitting about and I know they won't ask for it back as my hub3 was meant to be discarded upon upgrade to 1gbps, and when switching back to hub3 from hub5 there was no return condition specified and I had this clarified
Should I try sell the hub5? What does this command in terms of price?
Or is this redundant as VM account lock routers?
Advice on what to do is appreciated 👍🏽

£0 would be the right price for the Hub 5, VM will not activate it for any other account than yours.
Beware that if a return is requested, a bill will follow if the Hub 5 is not sent or provided for collection.

You could use it as a door stop.😊

Thanks for your post on our Community Forums @aquino, and a very warm welcome to you!
I'm sorry to hear of the issues with the Hub 5.
I'd be happy to look into this for you, to arrange for the Hub 5 being picked up.
Check out the envelope in the top right hand corner for a private message from me.
