Hub upgrade and WiFi Pods

Tuning in

Hi,

I previously had 2 WiFi Pods with my superhub 3. Having now upgraded to the superhub 4, will I need the pods reconfiguring to support the Mac address of my new router? Can this be done remotely or will I need to send them back and receive new ones?

Thanks!

yes - Call the equipment activation number on - 0800 953 9500 (option 3) – you will need the serial number/MAC address off the barcode sticker and also your account number and they should swap them onto the new Hub
