Hub 5 issues

Hi


I’ve Installed the Hub 5, great coverage, tablets phones and my laptop all run ok, apart from my wife’s laptop Microsoft surface. It finds the connection, just won’t work on it no matter where she sits nothing will load. I’ve had to use a 2nd WiFi (edimax 2.4G) in the room next door so she can log on this for work. Her company IT department say laptop software etc is fine it must be hub.

Hi, in the hope you get this post. How did you set up the Edimax as in damned if I can't get mine set up.
