Hi looking for some help
We run on Hub 4 & today have a DNS server issue only on 1 Web site following a series of dropped connections on the router this week.
Do you think a factory reset may work?

No, the Hub 4 is not performing the DNS lookup it is done by your computer or mobile.
Posting the website and the exact error message would help.

If I use a VPN it allows me to connect OK
All other sites forme are OK
Other people can access the Cardiff site without issue👍

try setting DNS on you device to use other DNS like 1.1.1.1 or 8.8.8.8

Using a Hub in Router mode and the default VM DNS it works perfectly for me.

Likely a local DNS caching issue that has hopefully resoled itself by now.
