Hub 3 won’t detect WiFi pods anymore.
All went wrong after virgin told me to do a reset using the small reset button. Due to poor broadband issues.
I have optimised the network. Still won’t find them.
Put one of the pods right next to the router. Still won’t connect to it.
Any ideas please?

Sorry to hear that your hub 3 not detecting your pods. Are they not showing on our connect app at all? Also, have you checked here? Please do get back to us, if you still require assistance.
