Frequent drops across all devices

For the last few months all of my devices across my network (both wired and wireless) drop multiple times an hour at the same times.

I have set up a BMQ and the drops all correlate to spikes in latency.

An engineer has been round already and this did not fix the issue.

Please advise

Just to add a bit more info to help diagnose the problem. My internet has been pretty frustrating over the last few hours with there being complete drops every 30 seconds. Checking my live BMQ (2022-04-09 16:00-19:00 for future reference) things do look pretty bad now, and I imagine this is a peak usage time. I'm pretty adamant this is a VM issue and not to do with my network or equipment

Would appreciate an update from VM when possible

Everyone's BQM looks like poo at the moment.

It looks like a problem effecting the entire network.

Hi again @NationaliseBT,

I am sorry to hear you're still having some issues.

In order to raise this to Networks, as a minimum at least one of the downstream or upstream channels need to have usage of 10% for over 80% of the time which isn't the case when looking at your connection backend.
We have ran all the checks we can this end, and there are no obvious issues. I'd advise to monitor your BQM over the next few days and if things are still amiss, we can raise with the Area Field Manager to provide some insight.

Thanks
