Eufy Doorbell not connecting to Hub

Hi my Eufy doorbell was working fine then on Tuesday my Hu3 rebooted itself which left 2 green lights on I reset it but now by doorbell does not work with the hub, I can do things on the hub with the app on my phone but the the door bell just rings outside. I have removed and reinstalled the app on my phone but this has made non difference. I also today 30 miles away formated he hard drive on the hub so that part of the system is working.

How did you format the hub?

When I said format the hub I did this from 30 miles away this proved the the hub is working but my problem is the door bell will not connect to the hub .all this happened after my Hub3 rebooted itself
