TV Recording Freevee etc unable to watch

Having major problem watching TV on all my devices keep getting circle going round & round for up to half an hour Have 2 V6 boxes, 3 Pods none of my devices are more than 10ft away from V6 box or Pods this can happen anytime of the day watching recor...

Had a letter with offer for new contract but when I phoned they declined it

Had a letter from VM offering me a deal in 2 stages first is £57 for 18 mths second is £79 fo 18mnths the £79 after that. I phoned and said I had a letter but they just keep saying I must pay the new price of  £102.75 phoned 5 times.

Is there away to test the signal that is coming from the street

All my pods are playing up all my netflix freevee etc is rubbish cant watch it for more than 10 minutes does not make any difference what time of the day, laptops & phones not affected as much.
