what colours should the lights be inside the junction box attached to my home? I having constant issues and solid red light on Hub4. No internet or tv. All my internal connections and been checked and seem ok. But light outside are red, green and off.

A warm welcome and thanks for posting on our community forums. Sorry to hear that you currently have no internet or TV at all.

You have advised that you have permanent red light on the front of your hub, is this still the case?

We do apologise for the late reply as you posted Sunday. Remotely looking from our end, we can see from our systems that you have been in contact with our team, has the issue been resolved since your post?
