I have a Netgear AC1200 Dual Band WiFi Range Extender Model EX6120. How do I connect it to my router?

Should be in the instructions.

You either need to connect it by WPS or by an app or web GUI

Usually you would hold in the WPS button on you Virgin Media router, then hold in the button on your WiFi booster until it starts blinking. After a few seconds the light on your booster should go solid, then the connection is done.
