Anyone else in the SL1 area having WiFi problems?

Had no WiFi since Saturday, is anyone else in the SL1 area having the same? Made a number of calls, rebooted but still nothing. All I’m being told is that there is a major fault which engineers are trying to fix .

Try the 0800 561 0061 number to see if they have a completion date for the major fault!
