I have a Fire HD 10 plus tablet (11th gen) and it keeps falling off the WiFi, saying no internet. 
When I then try to reconnect, it keeps coming up saying “obtaining IP address”  and finally “IP address failure” 

also when I do get eventually get back online, it is at 2.4g (the device does both 2.4g and 5G ) before randomly falling back of the WiFi (even when the device is being used). 

Any ideas please? TIA

For a stable network get your own wifi router with 1Gb ports and use hub in modem mode.
