can't register for my virgin media account

Hi I have recently had virgin media broadband installed and I'm struggling to create my virgin media account online with the error that the password can not be used even though the requirements are met .I'm hoping someone here can help me to thanks in advance

Hi I am having the exact same problem from what i understand it is because I have not had my install yet although why that should matter is beyond me.
