Sending back a router

Hello,

I have to send back my router and I asked virgin to send the box for it to a friend (for the 3rd time). However, each time I get another message where they want to collect it from my home. I therefore imagine that my request gets overridden by the collection message. It cannot get collected as I don't live there anymore.

I have had them on the phone and told them the correct address but nothing has arrived yet.

Please help!
