Thank you for reaching out to us in our community and welcome, if you have used your Email on a previous account this will be the reason you are seeing this message, when you return to us even if at the same address the account number changes by 1 digit, when setting up the account we advise using a different Email address, once set up you can log in and change the Email address/ Username to the one you prefer.
