Old account showing on my virgin media app

Hello,

My virgin media app is showing account details for an old cancelled account. 

I have had my new services installed this morning and would like my new account details on the app.

Looking at other posts I need something called a move and tranfer done. Is someone able to assist with this please so that i can manage my account on the app.
