No welcome email

Hi, 

I recently ordered a broadband package from virgin, and when I ordered by phone I asked for a 12 month minimum contract however when the confirmation of my order email came through it said 18 months. I cannot change this without my account number or area number but I have not received my welcome email and so I don’t have those. How long will this take to arrive?

I'm sorry to hear that you haven't been sent your welcome mail, have you checked your junk or spam folders for the email as it can sometimes find its way in there.
