Voicemail pin required - abroad

Hi,

I'm in Greece at the moment and I need to access my voicemail but it requires a PIN. I haven't set up a PIN before.

My voicemail is also locked because I tried to use the "default" PIN number more than three times without success.

Any help here?

Customer service helped me reset the PIN number over the phone.
