Hi,
Basically what's in the title. I left Virgin Mobile in Novermber so I have a partial November bill still showing on my account online. It says "We can't collect your balance by Direct Debit. Please call the team to discuss". But I just called up on 0345 454 111 and the agent explicitly said that there is no outstanding balance showing up for them.
So I'm not sure what to do here?
