Split port issue

I have a split port issue having moved across from EE.  I received confirmation of the porting four days ago but I can’t receive any text messages or calls. I can make calls ok.  I can’t find any advice on what to do to resolve this and need access to text messages to get security confirmations for a number of reasons.
