I have been trying to reset my password so I can log on and check my device loan and also upgrades. I get as far as putting in a new password and have green ticks to say the new passwords are ok but when clicking on continue it just sits there. I have tried several passwords and all are within the guidelines but it just won’t progress from that screen. What is going on here ?

I’m sorry to hear of the issues that you’re having with your mobile account, please could you try to do this in a different browser or clear your cache in your current browser, then try to do this again.
