Can anyone help? My son lost his phone which is on a monthly contract. Our insurance company needs proof of barring / blocking by Virgin. I've been contacting customer services since 29th August and explained my needs. They keep sending me an email with proof of purchase but with barring date listed as NA. I've rang 4 times and 2 times I've received emails like this. The other 2 times they never even sent me anything.
I can't make an insurance claim and replace the phone without this information. My son has been without a proper working phone for over a month.
Can anyone advise who I can I speak to please as customer service is no support?
