I thought I'd lost my phone yesterday so filled in the form to request for it to be blocked. I found it and contacted customer services within 30 minutes and asked to cancel the request and was advised that it had been cancelled. Today I have no service and received a mail saying a new sim card was being sent. There is a postal strike and now I'm concerned I will have no phone until after Christmas. Is there anything that can be done .
