once again I have a problem with not enough credit when I’m on a contract and I can’t get hold of anyone to sort. Please can you help?

I’ve had this issue a couple of times. I think it has to do something with software updates. I was able to fix it by turning off my phone and leaving it for 10 seconds and turning it back on. I have an iPhone. Hope this solution helps someone else. Best of luck!
