No verification email

Verification email took a while to come, link was expired when it came

asked for a second Verification email, however that doesn't come through, therefore cannot sign up to my virgin media account

Need help getting this sorted out

I do apologise that you're experiencing this issue. I was able to check our systems and I cannot see any issues in regards to this problem.
