changing email address

can anyone from the community help i want to change my email address  but i can never talk to anyone  i cannot find online chat  i have edited my  details my new email is there  but i still get virgin media using my old email address   can anyone help  thank you

Do you have My Virgin Media? Where you can manage your access on the app?
Click here and sign in if you can.
Check under your contact preferences to stop any marketing emails.
