Volt & O2

Hi hopefully this is the correct forum.

I have the Volt package, but want to change the O2 contract as for some reason when Virgin chnaged my package they change my virgin mobile to O2. I was paying less than £10 pm for my sim only with Virgin Mobile and told that V mobile was no longer and that they had changed over to O2. I am now paying around £25 pm for a sim only with Unlimited calls/texts & 250 gb data??? hardly ever use data.But im now stuck in an 18 month contract paying £25 pm for a sim only that was previously less than £10 pm with Virgin sim only

I feel I was forced into this to get a discount on my whole TV BB & landline package.

If we change this contract with O2 and add other numbers to it

Hey linny40, thank you for reaching out and I am sorry to hear you feel this way.

It depends what package you was before hand we did stop doing the Oomph bundles where a sim card was included, this was replaced by our Volt packages.

You can always change your contact anytime you want or if you are within the 14 day cooling period you cancel the sim card. Thanks
