Hi,
I have an upgrade offer on my broadband displayed when I login to myvirginmedia from M100 to M350 for an extra £5 a month which includes a loyality discount of £18 a month. To accept the offer I had to ring the support number which I did but was told that they could not carryout the upgrade as it did not show on their system.
Has anybody else had this frustrating experience? and how do I accept this offer?

Hi Travis,
It leads me to a web page that says that to complete this upgrade I need to call the support line - which I did. The member of support I talked to could not find any reference to this upgrade on his software and could not help even after checking with his manager. At first they tried to make out it was for new customers only but I pointed out that this was an upgrade which clearly indicated the loyalty discount.
