Hi All
I have just noticed that I have two Virgin Media payments coming from my Bank Account each month. When I look at my Bill in my Virgin Media it shows one of the payments but not the second.
I rang Virgin and they couldn't find the payment and suggest that I raise a grievance with my bank.
There must be someone that I can speak to and give a reference to in order to find out if it is valid?
Any advice would be gratefully received
