Unable to call or text SKY- had this issue previously

A few years ago myself & quite a few other Virgin mobile customers were unable to successfully call SKY mobile numbers. By this I mean it's a dead line & they don't receive texts either. It would appear this is happening again & seeing as 80% of people I know are on sky - this is not acceptable. Any mods available to advise ? 

Ps it's not a Sky problem - I've tried successfully from a different network 🙂
