Hello,

I signed up with virgin broadband due to the black friday offer, I see now black friday is over you have improved the offer to give free setup too. Is it possible to have the setup fee credited to my account or do I need to re apply under the new offer?

Hey kris252, thank you for reaching out and a warm welcome to the community, I am now sorry to see there is a better deal now.

You do get a 14 day cooling off period where you could cancel the contact and make any changes.

However I would give our pre install team a call on 0345 454 1111 to see if they can make any changes for you. Thanks
