I need to obtain proof of the supply address and this isn't included on any of my bills, only the billing address which is different as I was paying for another house. I need to be able to prove the address I was paying for. I have contacted the call centre who twice promised to send me something but nothing has been sent. I am no longer a customer so cannot simply login to my online account to get this (if it's even there!).
I'm hoping a customer service representative on here can help out with this as it seems a fairly simple request!

I'd like to take a look into this for you and get one sent out.
