Package change

I have a email thanking me for changing my package which I did not request with a price increase I have contacted virgin to canlcel the request They said they have reverted it back but I just got a email thank you for changing your package with a price increase of £15.00 a month The package the changed me to is Mexit tv removed tv full house sky sports a cinema collection sky sports hd
