Not receiving email to verify new account

Hello,

I’m a new customer who has tried on numerous accounts to verify my email address so that I can access the MyVirginMedia app. I have been told that I would receive an email but no email has been sent (apart from once where an email arrived at 2 in the morning to my inbox but I was too late to use this email to verify the account). Please be kind enough to help me with this. Many thanks.
