No welcome email

Hi I have signed up for virgin broadband 3 weeks ago and have now moved into our new house and tried to set up the WiFi. The WiFi is not connecting and I cannot book an engineer as I have not received a welcome email. Can you please advise how I can find our account number?

I'm sorry to hear you're having some issues setting up your service.
